The first of its kind a screen reader for mobile phones on the Windows mobile platform has now been released.

Mobile Speak SmartPhone (MSS) breaks down barriers in accessibility enabling users to manage call lists; send and receive SMS and email; record voice notes; and share data with other devices such as mobile phones, Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs) and laptops.
